Hellvis is the Bestis!

Debuting on July 30th, 1954 a good looking young man named Elvis shook up the world. Not just with his hips, but with his musically gifted lips!  In our own devilish way, Hell’s favorite musician, Buddy Keys, paid tribute to the late great Elvis on the anniversary of his death (August 16th, 1977 aged 42 years young). Debuting as  an ageless  angel of mischief, doing his best karate chops while singing hits like All Shook Up, Always on my Mind, Blue Suede Shoes, and Trouble (our favorite), Buddy swaggered, shimmied, and curled his lips while bringing us minions some musical respite. We’ve heard a rumor that the King himself might still be in the land of the living, but we can confirm that he’s not among us in Hell. Rather, he’s been taken upstairs to enjoy eternal  peanut butter and banana sandwiches made by Gladys (his dear mama). And for this we are grateful, because his music brings us joy. After all, we’re not monsters! The only thing that rained on our parade this day, was actual rain.  Needless to say, it really put a damper on things and caused our raucous revelry to end early.  But, here in eternal hellfire, there’s always another day for singing from Hellvis.
